Because every item we make is handcrafted to order, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• The product received is significantly different from the item description or sample shown;

• The item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue;

• The item you received is not what you ordered.

If your order meets any of the above conditions, please email us at [email protected] to begin the resolution process. Kindly include the following:

• Your order number

• Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

• Clear front and back images of the full product

• A photo of the shipping label

📏 Please refer to the sizing chart and measurements listed in each product’s description to ensure a proper fit. We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect sizing or customer refusal to accept the item due to sizing concerns.

As all items are made to order by hand, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind. Once a product is received in good condition, the sale is considered final.
