Because every item we make is handcrafted to order, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

The product received is significantly different from the item description or sample shown;

The item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue;

The item you received is not what you ordered.

📏 Please refer to the sizing chart and measurements listed in each product’s description to ensure a proper fit. We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect sizing or customer refusal to accept the item due to sizing concerns.

As all items are made to order by hand, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind. Once a product is received in good condition, the sale is considered final.
